Does Vantor send fee reminders on WhatsApp?

Yes. You connect your own WhatsApp Business account and send utility messages — fee reminders, attendance, and report cards — to parents who have opted in. You are billed by Meta directly for messages; Vantor adds no markup.

Is my institute’s data private and separate from other institutes?

Yes. Each institute’s data is isolated at the database level, so no institute can ever see another’s data. Sensitive credentials are encrypted, and Vantor runs no advertising or tracking on student data.

Can parents see their child’s progress?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Institutes can share a private, time-limited report link with each parent showing that child’s attendance, marks, and fee status — no app or login needed for the parent.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There is no lock-in. You can cancel from Settings → Billing; access continues to the end of your billing period, and you can export your data before it is deleted.
