See your whole team at a glance
Every assistant you’ve added is listed with their role and exactly the sections they can use. Vantor supports up to 5 seats.

Add a member in seconds
Give the member a name and Vantor generates a private login link, email and password for them — nothing for them to set up.

Grant access section by section
Turn on only the sections they need — Students, Attendance, Fees, Tests, Record, Reports or Messages. Each is a simple on/off toggle.

They see only what you granted
The assistant’s app hides every section you left off. Sensitive areas like Fees, and your WhatsApp connection, stay with you.

Logged in? Follow these exact steps — the controls below are the real ones in Vantor.
- SettingsOpen Settings → Team.
- Tap Add team member and enter their name — a login link and password are generated for them.
- Toggle on only the sections they should access (e.g. Attendance, Tests, Reports).
- Share the generated login link with them — they’ll see only the sections you granted.
Common questions
Can I give my staff limited access?
Yes. When you add a team member you choose exactly which sections they can use — Students, Attendance, Fees, Tests, Record, Reports, and Messages. They see only what you grant; everything else is hidden from their app entirely.
How do team members log in?
When you add a member, Vantor generates a private login link, email and password for them. You share it with them; no separate invite-acceptance step is required.
Can I stop an assistant from seeing fees?
Yes. Simply leave the Fees section off for that member. Access is per-section, so an assistant can mark attendance and enter test scores without ever seeing payments or dues.
Who can send WhatsApp messages to parents?
Only members you grant the Messages section, and only the owner can see the WhatsApp connection credentials. Messages send from your own business WhatsApp number, so it’s kept deliberately separate.
